Tarso Gobbi is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager and Segment Manager at Dragados USA, Inc. since September 2016, Tarso oversees the SH-288 Toll Lanes Project. Previously, at Odebrecht Construction, Inc., from January 2013 to August 2016, responsibilities included cost estimating and project management for significant projects such as the TxDOT SH-99 Grand Parkway. Earlier experience includes roles as Engineering Manager at Odebrecht Construction International, managing a $130 million railway rehabilitation project in Liberia, and as Senior Engineer/Design Coordinator on the Tripoli International Airport project in Libya valued at $2.25 billion. Tarso's career began as a trainee at Microsilica Tecnologia Indústria e Comércio, following the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2004.
