Oya Dane has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Oya started their career in 2004 at Kiewit as a Senior Project Engineer and continued working there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Skanska USA as a Senior Manager. Oya then moved to OHL/JUDLAU COMPANIES in 2009 and worked as the Director of Cost Controls for Judlau Companies until 2015. In 2016, they became the Director of Corporate Controls at Dragados USA, Inc. /John P. Picone Inc. & Schiavone Construction Co. LLC, where they are currently working.

Oya Dane's education history includes a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Oya also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering and Construction Management from Istanbul Technical University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the same university. In addition, Oya completed a minor in HAAS Business School, with an emphasis on Management of Technology, at the University of California, Berkeley.
