Dom Ciancaglini possesses extensive experience in customer experience and marketing within the sportsbook industry. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Team Lead at DraftKings Inc. since March 2021, Dom has also held the position of Customer Experience Associate. Prior experience includes a role as a Brand Ambassador at FanDuel, where Dom spearheaded marketing campaigns to enhance user acquisition and retention. Additional internships at Xspero focused on community engagement through a social-giving network, while advisory and marketing internships at Forward Financial and Kono Pizza, respectively, contributed to developing strategic financial plans and managing innovative media campaigns. Dom earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from James Madison University in December 2020.
