Kevin Ruck is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile kitchen roles. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at DraftKings at Casino Queen since December 2021, Kevin has previously held the title of Chef di Cuisine at 23 City Blocks Hospitality Group and Executive Chef at Gamlin Restaurant Group from 2019 to 2020. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Sous Chef at Cafe Napoli and Sous Chef at both The Crossing and Veritas Gateway To Food & Wine. Kevin Ruck completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland from 2008 to 2009.
