Vincent Ameye has extensive experience in legal, human resources, and financial management within the corporate sector, currently serving as Directeur Juridique & RH for DRAEGER in Paris since April 2016. Vincent has played a pivotal role in the strategic development and organizational structuring of DRAEGER, supporting various projects aimed at growth and rationalization. Prior to this, Vincent was Dirigeant d’entreprise at UMEO Conseil, providing advisory services to small and medium enterprises on business creation and human resource management. With a background as Directeur Administratif et Financier at DRAEGER LA CARTERIE from 2001 to 2013, Vincent managed finance and HR functions while leading a team of ten. Vincent holds degrees from Université Paris-Est Créteil, HEC Paris, and Paris-Sud University, with additional training in management and leadership.
