Paul has also held leadership roles such as Président-directeur général at Le p'tit chancenay and has experience in sales promotion at SARAWAK FRANCE. Early career roles included project management internships and positions in bakeries, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both the food and business sectors. Paul holds multiple degrees related to commerce and management, including a B.T.S in management from AMIFOP & ASFOR, and a CAP in baking and pastry.
