Alexia de Bernardy is the founder and president of laWEbox, a digital methodology and tools aimed at enhancing management through collective intelligence and AI, active since January 2018. From January 2024, Alexia hosts the podcast "Futur du travail et management" at ImpactUs. As a business advisor and coach with FacteurClé since January 2014, Alexia specializes in early-stage action plans and has executed multiple business ventures, fundraising rounds, and investments, generating significant revenue. In addition, Alexia serves on various advisory boards, including Monego and Ensta, and is a partner at SENSEII Ventures, focusing on high-growth innovations. Investment roles include seed investor for startups such as SEAFOOD REBOOT and Kaya, among others. Alexia holds a Master in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and an engineering degree from ENSTA Paris.
