Emma Schmalz has a robust background in product and fragrance development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Product Development at Dr. Squatch since February 2020. Prior roles at Dr. Squatch include Fragrance Development Manager, Product Development Manager, and Senior Fragrance Development Manager. Previously, Emma worked at L Brands as a Product & Fragrance Development Associate and at The Joey Company as a Project Coordinator. Early career experiences include positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in public relations and product development, as well as internships at Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide, American Flavors and Fragrances, Inc., Skyler Brand Ventures LLC, and Greater Media NJ: WMGQ/WCTC. Emma holds a degree from Saint Joseph's University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
