Mohammed Abbas is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the healthcare and events sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Wafy since May 2016, Mohammed has successfully developed KSA's largest aggregator of events and experiences without external funding, while also assembling a multicultural team. In addition, Mohammed founded GT Medical in September 2006, growing it into a prominent B2B medical equipment company and establishing strong governance through an advisory board. Involvement in Dr. Samir Abbas Hospital as a board member has seen participation in founding a leading medical institution in Jeddah, along with a successful private placement. Mohammed is also a founding partner at SAGE, a medical tourism company, and actively contributes to The Park, a major real estate project in Medina. Other roles include board memberships and partnerships with multiple medical and healthcare organizations, showcasing a robust commitment to advancing healthcare solutions in the region. Mohammed holds a Master's degree from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
