Saurabh Biswas is currently the Global Head of Data Analytics & Digital Transformation for Generics R&D and Biosimilars at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, a position held since April 2012. In this role, Saurabh leverages data sciences and digital processes to enhance productivity in R&D and manufacturing. Saurabh has also served in various leadership positions, including Global Head R&D Process Excellence and Associate Director, focusing on business excellence and strategy. Prior to Dr. Reddy's, Saurabh completed an internship at John Deere, where responsibilities included developing a cost reduction strategy and commodity forecasting model. Additionally, experience at Tata Motors involved managing multiple supply chain projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Saurabh's academic background includes degrees in Advanced Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business, PGDM in Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Electrical & Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
