Nicholaus Theofrastos serves as an Information Technology Lead at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since July 2013, overseeing digital process excellence in South Africa and engaging in strategic decision-making, project management, and vendor management. Previously, Nicholaus held roles at Pfizer, where responsibilities included project management and network administration from January 2008 to June 2013, and as an End User Support Lead from June 2005 to April 2007, managing significant infrastructure projects. Prior experience also includes systems administration at Oban Consulting on-site at IBM. Nicholaus holds a Chief Information Officer Professional Practice degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently pursuing a Digital Transformation Strategy degree at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town.
