Jayanth Sridhar is the CEO and Global Head of Biologics at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since May 2021, with a focus on expanding the Biosimilars business, establishing a Biologics CDMO at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services, and innovating new Biological Therapeutics and Vaccines. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Viral Vaccines at Biological E. Limited, Chief Technical Officer at Alvotech, Global Head of Biologicals Manufacturing at Cipla BioTec, and various leadership positions at Biocon, BioMarin, and Merck. Jayanth holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from The University of Georgia, an MS in Biotechnology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a B.E. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani. Jayanth is also pursuing executive education at Harvard Business School.
