Arshia Bhattacharjee is a professional with diverse experience in consulting and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Consultant at Impact Consulting since May 2023, Arshia previously held the position of Management Trainee in the Young Leaders Program at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories starting in August 2022, having also completed a summer internship there in 2021. Earlier career experience includes roles as Category Manager at Urban Company and Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Additionally, Arshia engaged in business development as an intern at The Leather Laundry and participated in a trainee program with Airports Authority of India. Arshia holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Management.
