Amol Karande is currently serving as a Senior Compliance Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since January 2023. Previously, Amol held multiple managerial roles at Abbott from November 2014 to March 2023, including Manager of Risk and Internal Controls, where responsibilities involved driving internal control through US SOX and Local IFC Compliance Program, and Manager of the Office of Ethics and Compliance, providing business support related to compliance requirements for the Nutrition, Devices, and Diagnostic Business. Prior to Abbott, Amol worked as a Deputy Manager at Deloitte Haskins and Sells from June 2011 to October 2014. Amol holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree obtained from New Law College, University of Mumbai from 2019 to 2021, and is a graduate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having completed the program between 2004 and 2010.
