Konnie Semonski, RPA, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Property Manager at Dr. Phillips Charities since February 2008. Prior to this role, Konnie held a similar position at Welsh Companies from 2001 to 2003. Educationally, Konnie attended Valencia College from 1994 to 1996 and has pursued ongoing professional development through the Building Owners and Managers Institute International since 1992, obtaining the Real Property Administrator designation in real estate.
