Pawan Kumar S is currently the Head of Eye Research Centre Operations at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, overseeing business development, fundraising activities, patient recruitment, and vendor management since July 2023. Previously, Pawan served as the Head of Fundraising Operations at Oxfam India from July 2019 to June 2023. Pawan's career includes managerial roles at Amazon as Manager II in Vendor & Seller Operations, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. as Operations Manager, Microland Limited as Program Lead, and AOL as Coach. Pawan holds an Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Master's Diploma in Training from the Indian Academy of Training & Development, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University, and multiple degrees in Business Administration from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation and Jain College, Bengaluru.
