Prior to this role, Margarethe held various positions at Hewlett-Packard, including Senior IT Manager, Enterprise Architecture Manager, Global Release Manager, and Global Supply Operations Support Manager. In these roles, Margarethe managed software development, business engagement, strategic guidance on technology standards, and established the Global Release Management organization, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and supporting organizational objectives.
