Matt Talbot, MBA, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Controller at SOCi, Inc. and an Investor at FOG Ventures, Matt also holds advisory roles with Novak Solutions and is a member of Operators Guild. Previous leadership positions include VP of Finance at Swell Energy and Key Capital Corporation, where Matt was instrumental in addressing funding needs within the mining industry. Early career experiences include a Global Financial Planning and Analysis role at Gate Gourmet, a managerial position at American Capital, and foundational work as an Audit Associate at PwC. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
