Agnes K. has over 26 years of experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as an Advanced Business Analyst at DPM Consulting Services since March 2005, Agnes K. has successfully led over 10 projects, fulfilling roles as Project Manager, Technical Tester, Business Analyst, and Implementation Coordinator. Prior to this, Agnes K. worked as an IT Support Specialist at IBM from January 2001 to August 2004, where responsibilities included analyzing and resolving issues and writing benefit file customer service requests. From June 1997 to January 2001, Agnes K. was a Senior Database Support Specialist at Medstat, focusing on process improvements and job monitoring on the UNIX platform. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Walsh College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, along with recent completion of the C1 Training Program in October 2023.
