Susan Aukema currently serves as a Senior HR Business Consultant at DPG Media Nederland, where responsibilities include strategic HR guidance. Previously, Susan held the position of People Partner/HR Manager at VIE People, focusing on people leadership and consultancy for fast-scaling organizations, with an emphasis on wellbeing, leadership, and diversity.
