Fernanda Soares has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at DP6 since June 2011, following progressive roles from Human Resources Analyst to Human Resources Manager. Prior to DP6, Fernanda worked as a Recruitment Consultant at TPI RH (Grupo Talent Pro) from December 2008 to May 2010, where recruitment efforts targeted various sectors, including IT and sales. Initial HR experience included an HR Assistant position at Lar Escola São Francisco, focused on integrating individuals with disabilities into the workforce. Academically, Fernanda holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from FIA and a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
