Jana Degrott is a multifaceted leader and advocate dedicated to societal impact and empowerment, particularly for women and marginalized groups. Currently serving as a Founding Member of PowJana's Luxembourg, Jana also contributes as a Juriste at COPAS and as a Co-Founder of Lead Soulfully, a leadership development organization. With a strong commitment to sustainable development, Jana holds the title of Responsible Leader at the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt and serves as a Consultant for the Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents (OKaJu). Recognized as a Global Top 100 under 40 in Politics and Governance by MIPAD, Jana's influence extends through roles such as Goalkeeper with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Obama Leader with the Obama Foundation. An Ambassador for One Young World, Jana has also been a local Councillor in Steinsel since 2017, actively engaging with community issues. Educationally, Jana holds a Master’s in Public Law and International Law from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor's degree in Law from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
