Efrain Santiago has a strong background in business development, with a focus on the security industry. Efrain currently works as a Business Development Manager at Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) since February 2023. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Valet King from June 2022 to January 2023.

From January 2017 to June 2022, Efrain worked at International Protective Service Agency as the Senior Director of Business Development. Before that, they served as the Regional Director of Business Solutions at AJ SQUARED SECURITY INC. from May 2015 to December 2016.

Efrain has also held leadership positions in various security companies, such as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Arrow Security from February 2014 to March 2015, and Business Development Manager at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. from January 2013 to January 2014.

Earlier in their career, Efrain worked as the Regional Director of Business Development at Control Security Services from June 2012 to January 2013, and as the Regional Manager of Business Development at FJC Security Services, Inc. from May 2010 to May 2012.

Before entering the security industry, Efrain gained valuable experience as a Business Development Manager at AlliedBarton Security Services from April 2005 to March 2010. Efrain started their professional career at Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. of NY, serving as the Sales Training Manager from March 2002 to April 2005 and the Urban Development Manager from January 2001 to March 2002.

Efrain Santiago attended Aviation High School from 1981 to 1985. Efrain then went on to study Aviation Maintenance, with a focus on Airframe & Avionics, at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology from 1986 to 1988.
