Dhara N. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dhara started their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Accenture Technology Solutions, where they developed code, created test cases, and handled defects in SAP projects. In 2010, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on implementing SAP-based solutions for a utilities company in Australia. Dhara then worked as a Business Systems Analyst-Intern at Telenav in 2012. During the same year, they also interned as a Program Manager at Websense.

In 2011, Dhara pursued their graduate studies at Santa Clara University, where they focused on applying technology to solve business problems, IT project management, technical planning, and business case analysis. Dhara worked as a Graduate Student, creating plans and prototypes for various business applications.

After completing their studies, Dhara joined EY in 2013 as a Technology Risk and Compliance Manager. In this role, they provided advisory services, analyzed the organization's current state for IT SOX controls, identified IT risks, and recommended mitigation strategies to maintain compliance. Dhara also managed a team of staff members and reviewed application controls for IT applications.

Currently, Dhara is working at Doximity as Financial Systems Management, Controls, and Compliance, starting in 2022.

Dhara N. holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Dhara also has a Master of Science in Information Systems, with a concentration in Management Information Systems, from Santa Clara University. In addition to their formal education, Dhara obtained a certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in February 2018.
