Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer at Doximity

Crystal Salcedo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Crystal currently works at Doximity as a Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer at Doximity starting from June 2019. Before joining Doximity, Crystal worked at Funny Or Die as a Quality Assurance Specialist from December 2013 to August 2016. Crystal's career began at Google in 2005 as a Contractor, where they assisted in the Google Books Library Project by preparing books and films for scanning and managing high-volume processes for moving materials between scan centers. Prior to Google, they worked at Best Buy as a Lead Customer Service Representative II from 2001 to 2005. Here, they handled cash transactions, assisted customers, and ensured daily cash register expectations were met.

Throughout their career, Crystal Salcedo has gained expertise in quality assurance, technical support, customer service, and project coordination.

Crystal Salcedo attended Glendale Community College from 2004 to 2005 and Foothill College from 2003 to 2004. During their education, they did not obtain a specific degree or focus on a particular field of study. However, Crystal Salcedo obtained a certification in ISTQB Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in September 2015.
