Daniel Koufis

Director Services Operations at Doxim

Daniel Koufis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Daniel started their career as a Collection Agent at Nor-Don Collection Network in 2004. In 2006, they joined MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment) as a Retail Sales Supervisor and later became a Retail Sales Part-Time Associate.

In 2008, Daniel joined TELUS Business Solutions as a Customer Delivery Specialist, where they were responsible for project coordination and order processing for government projects. Daniel worked on the Canadian Department of National Defence's 'Global Defence Network Services' project and the Government of Ontario's 'Network Access Service' project.

From 2011 to 2015, Daniel worked at Esri Canada, initially as the Contracts Management - National Capital Region Lead, and later as the Team Lead of Customer Care in the Central District. In these roles, they led the most profitable sales region and implemented various process automations and software solutions.

In 2015, Daniel joined MUSE â„¢ | The Brain Sensing Headband by Interaxon as a Team Lead of Customer Care. Daniel later became the Manager of Customer Care, leading the department and managing a team of 9. Daniel was responsible for addressing customer inquiries, sales, and complex technical issues.

Most recently, Daniel joined Doxim in 2020 as a Senior Manager of Client Services. Daniel then transitioned to the role of Senior Operations Analyst in 2021. In this role, they are responsible for reporting, tools, integrations, and utilization within various departments. Daniel leads the weekly Project Intake meeting and assesses project complexity.

Overall, Daniel Koufis has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage projects, and implement process improvements throughout their career.

In 2002, Daniel Koufis enrolled at the University of Toronto Scarborough, where they pursued a History and Human Geography Major. Daniel remained at the university until 2007, completing their studies in this field.
