Julie Gardner, MPH, is the Chief Executive Officer of Downtown Streets Team, leading a team dedicated to urban renewal and championing human dignity. Previously, Julie served as the Director of SparkPoint & Crisis Relief Programs at the College of San Mateo, overseeing financial empowerment services. As a Faculty Lecturer at San Francisco State University, Julie taught Public Health courses and supported students pursuing degrees in public health and health science. Julie also held positions at Health Promotion & Wellness at SF State, Alameda Family Services, and as a consultant for women's health solutions at Tia. Julie's expertise lies in program management, health education, youth development, and advancing health equity and social justice.
