Cliff Navales has extensive experience working with homeless individuals, having held various positions such as Lead Project Manager, Senior Case Manager, and Case Manager. Cliff has worked closely with city officials and actively participated in outreach efforts to homeless encampments. Apart from their work with homelessness, Cliff also has experience as a Counselor II at Momentum for Mental Health, where Cliff worked as a per diem mental health counselor. Cliff possesses knowledge of the specific needs of individuals with serious mental illness, substance abuse, and involvement with the justice system.
