Dean Francis is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as General Manager of Downtown Neighbouring Rights since June 2020 and as Senior Manager of Neighboring Rights at Downtown Music since May 2018. Previously, Dean held the position of Performer Royalty Account Manager at PPL from March 2005 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing royalties for a high-profile roster of artists and ensuring maximum collection both in the UK and internationally. Dean has cultivated strong relationships with numerous musicians and their representatives, including management, accountants, and legal firms. Dean holds a degree in Sociology and Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, and attended Latymer Upper School in Hammersmith, London.
