Jeanette Porcello is a seasoned professional in the music industry with extensive experience in A&R and artist management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of A&R at Downtown Artist & Label Services, Jeanette is responsible for driving business development initiatives in Nashville and curating a diverse roster of artists. As the Founder of Dog Ear Management, Jeanette oversees an active roster of Nashville-based clients. In addition to these roles, Jeanette is a member of the Leadership Team for The Other Nashville Society, promoting the city's diverse talent. Jeanette's previous positions include A&R Manager at Atlantic Records and Artist Manager for indie pop artist Gatlin, among other internships in prominent music companies. Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business and Marketing from Belmont University.
