Teresa Schumann has extensive experience in human resources and safety, serving as the Human Resource & Safety Manager for both Downs Food Group and Butterfield Foods, Inc. since January 1991. Teresa holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from St. Mary's University in Winona, MN, obtained between 2014 and 2016, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Rasmussen College, completed in 2011. Additionally, Teresa received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rasmussen University around the same time.
