Mark Schwartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and leadership roles across various industries. Since September 2017, Mark has served as a Professional Realtor at Downing-Frye Realty, Inc., specializing in upscale real estate in Naples, Florida. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Licensed Realtor at Engel & Völkers from September 2014 to August 2017. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from the role of Principal at Shadetree Cool Living LLC, which provided high-end custom shade solutions, and as President and Owner of Storm Force, a leading hurricane protection company. Mark's career began at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where Mark contributed as Senior VP and General Manager for over two decades, significantly growing the business. Mark is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving as a Captain and instructor pilot. Educational background includes an MBA in Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, as well as Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
