Kelly Hughes has a strong background in operations and customer service, with experience in various managerial roles across different industries. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Downing, Kelly previously held positions such as Head of Operations at UNIVERSAL STUDENT LIVING LIMITED, Service Manager at iQ Student Accommodation, and Office Manager at Oasis Leisure.
