Nicola Dorling serves as the Group CIO at Downer and has a significant academic role as a lecturer in Digital Technology and Digital Strategy at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, in addition to being the Program Director for Digital Transformation. Nicola also holds a position as a Faculty Lecturer at the Australian Film Television and Radio School and is a member of the Board of Advisors for Digital Twinning Australia. Previously, Nicola was the Executive General Manager at SAP. Educationally, Nicola earned an MBA in International Finance from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having completed studies in Accounting.
