Matt Arculus boasts extensive experience in risk management, project oversight, and business improvement across various sectors. Currently, as General Manager Risk and PMO at Downer since December 2017, Matt leads the successful close of the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program and oversees the mobilisation of the Delivery team while collaborating with key stakeholders. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at Public Transport Victoria, including General Manager VIC Project and Contract Delivery, and Program Director at Jemena. With a background that includes leadership roles at CGU, SSI Pacific, SPP, AXA, and GE Capital, Matt has successfully executed numerous projects focusing on business integration, operational support, and process improvement, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering significant value and efficiency across organizations.
