Andrew Elkin serves as the Head of Technology and Innovation for Downer, leading technology initiatives within the Facilities and Asset Services business unit since October 2021. Previously, Andrew held roles at Spotless Group, including National Business Systems Improvement Manager, where focus was on technology leadership in the Health and Education sector, and IT Bid Lead for major Public Private Partnership projects like Frankston and Footscray Hospitals. Prior experience includes managing IT infrastructure and capacity planning at Network Rail, performance testing roles at Sporting Index and TNT Express, and a foundational role in Unix support. Andrew possesses a degree in Computer Studies from the University of Derby and various technical qualifications.
