Abby Vinson, M.A., is a Communications Coordinator at UAB Medicine, where responsibilities include serving as the Communications Assistant for the UAB Health System's partners and affiliates, particularly Cooper Green Mercy Health Services Authority. Abby also works as a Video Production Assistant for Down In Front Productions, LLC. Previous experience includes roles as Will Hancock Communications Assistant for the Big 12 Conference, where Abby served as the primary media relations contact for multiple sports, and as an Athletic Communications Associate at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, managing media relations for various teams and assisting with football and social media. Abby holds a Master's degree in Communications Management and a degree in Marketing, both from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Additionally, experience includes media relations roles with the Birmingham Barons.
