Adam Thelen is an experienced robotic programmer and weld engineer currently working at Dowding Industries, Inc. since March 2017. Prior to this role, Adam held positions at FANUC America Corporation as an RSSE, and at TDM International, Inc. as a weld tech and robot programmer. Additionally, Adam worked as a mechanical designer at Eckhart & Associates and provided engineering support and robot programming at Demmer Corp. from 2007 to 2014. Adam's responsibilities have included building bills of materials, creating part numbers, estimating, CAD design for cut files and detail prints, and programming Fanuc welding robots. Adam holds an Associate of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Lansing Community College, earned between 2009 and 2013.
