Thomas Patterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the agricultural and scientific sectors. Currently serving as Lead Technology Specialist at Corteva Agriscience since March 2020, Thomas plays a vital role in the Output Traits group within Trait Discovery. Prior to this, Thomas contributed as Derivative Products Characterization Lead at Corteva Agriscience and held the position of Lead Research Specialist at Dow AgroSciences, where Thomas focused on precision phenotyping and analytical methods in Trait Genetics and Technologies. Additional experience includes senior scientific roles at Chemtrak Inc., Plant Research Technologies, and Sogetal Inc., where Thomas developed medical diagnostic tests and supported chemical and pharmaceutical trials. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Plant Physiology and has Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Minnesota and Washington State University, respectively.
