Gwen D'Amore has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as Project Procurement Manager at Dow since April 2009. In this role, Gwen oversees global hardware Capital Sourcing, leveraging Six Sigma methodologies and LEAN concepts to enhance productivity. Previous titles include Global Capital Purchasing Leader for Project Procurement-Client Services Team and Sourcing Specialist Lead for Gulfstream Derivatives Project, focusing on strategic negotiations and process improvements. Earlier positions include Capital Sourcing Specialist and MROCE Purchasing PPC-CSR Lead, where critical thinking and efficient procurement execution were essential.
