Ed d'Hooghe is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Director for EMEAI HR Solutions at The Dow Chemical Company, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a global HR overhaul and leading the creation of the EMEAI HR solutions organization. With extensive experience in human resources across multiple roles, Ed has delivered HR solutions across various functions in the Benelux region and has developed compensation strategies as the EMEAI Compensation Technology Leader. In addition to these roles, Ed is the Chairperson of the Board for Stichting Dow Pensioenfonds, overseeing a significant Dutch DB enterprise fund. Earlier career highlights include serving as Executive Director for A.SPIRE, where a partnership was formed to pursue a public-private partnership in the European Commission, and innovation management at Cefic. Ed's background also includes technical sales and project management roles within Dow Automotive Systems and Dow Chemical, complemented by a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
