Debra Bauler currently serves as the VP of Global IT at Dow, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Debra Bauler accumulated extensive experience at Cargill, where from 1998 to January 2023, various leadership positions were held, including VP of IT and CIO for multiple divisions, Global SAP Leader, and IT Leader for North America and Europe in Ag Supply Chain. Debra Bauler's earlier career includes a role as a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Senior Analyst at Target and a Software Programmer position at Cargill. Debra Bauler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
