Megan Hardisty is an accomplished professional with significant experience in engineering and sales management, currently serving as the Matrix Product Sales Manager and previously as an Applications Engineer at Dow-Key Microwave since April 2017. Megan began with Dow-Key Microwave as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern in mid-2016, where important work involved analyzing profitability data and conducting process mapping for cost efficiency. Prior experience includes an Engineering Intern role at Pacific Design Technologies in 2015, supporting testing and quality assurance for pumps and liquid cooling systems.
