Carrie Widofsky, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at Dow Key Microwave since June 2014, Carrie developed HR strategies aligned with business objectives, recruited high-performance individuals, and advised senior management on HR matters while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at thinkThin, LLC, and Puretec Industrial Water, where Carrie managed employee relations, benefit packages, and recruitment processes. Additional experience includes positions at Zebra Technologies and Ventura Distribution, along with serving as Payroll Specialist at Kinko's Corporation, where Carrie processed payroll for over 3,000 employees. Carrie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate Degree from Moorpark College.
