Shawn J. A. Lestage is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Dover, Shawn has played a key role in enhancing recruiting solutions for over 1200 startups. In addition to this role, Shawn contributes as an Executive Member at Pavilion, facilitating discussions among commercial growth operators. Previously, Shawn held positions such as Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, Head of Account Management at PartnerStack, and Executive Director of Customer Success & Operations at Riipen. Shawn's earlier career includes a role as Director of Customer Success at Miller Thomson LLP and co-founding Future Project, an international student recruitment consultancy. Academically, Shawn holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Sussex.
