Joyce Dew has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Joyce started their career in 2003 at First Security as a Closing Manager. In 2006, they joined Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union and held various roles including Loan Servicing Manager, Loan Servicing & Compliance Manager, and Manager, Consumer Lending & Compliance. In 2017, they moved to Dover Federal Credit Union and worked as the VP of Consumer Lending before being promoted to Chief Lending Officer in September 2021.

Joyce Dew (She/Her/Hers) received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Mount Saint Mary College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the same institution, from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Joyce has obtained a certification as a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) from NAFCU, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
