Ludovic Bezy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the culinary and information technology fields. As the owner of Blue Hen PC since October 2006, Ludovic has provided IT services to both residential and business clients. Concurrently, since August 2010, Ludovic has served as Chef Manager at Michele's restaurant at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino, focusing on fine dining experiences. In December 2011, Ludovic founded Chefs Fight for Your Heart, an initiative that raises awareness about heart health while promoting healthy eating through culinary competitions, successfully raising $2500 for the American Heart Association in 2012. Additionally, Ludovic has been dedicated to food education through Chef Ludovic since 2006, advocating for healthier cooking skills and lifestyles.
