Derrick Stanley currently serves as the Director of Hotel Operations and Sales at Bally's Dover Casino Resort since September 2020, while also holding the position of Director of Hotel Operations and Relationship Marketing. In addition, Derrick Stanley has been with Dover Downs Hotel & Casino since July 2002, where the role encompasses directing relationship marketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing Casino Hosts, Players Club, and Casino Players Lounges, as well as coordinating the distribution of complimentary accommodations, show tickets, and discretionary food and beverage comps.
