Scott Rutherford serves as the GM & Sr. Director at Bulloch Technologies since May 2024 and holds the position of Senior Director in Product Management at Dover Corporation since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of North America Wetstock and Director of OPW Fuel Management Systems at Dover Fueling Solutions, where Scott provided product and operational leadership for North America. Earlier, Scott was a member of Dover’s internal consulting team, focusing on problem-solving within Dover's diversified portfolio. Scott's career began at Oil Lift Technology, where leadership roles included Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Lead. Scott earned both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
