Kaelyn B. has a diverse work experience. Kaelyn started their career as a Strategic Planning and Analysis Intern at State Farm Insurance in 2012. Kaelyn then moved on to work at PURE Group of Insurance Companies as a Senior High Net Worth P&C Underwriter and Wildfire Risk Specialist from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they were responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing data, and developing action plans. In 2019, they joined Infosys Ltd as an Associate Business Consultant, where they focused on designing digital solutions for complex business processes. Currently, they are working as the Director of Strategy and Development at DoveMed, a healthcare technology platform that aims to improve doctor-patient relationships and spread medical literacy.

Kaelyn B. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Management, Marketing Management, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kaelyn attended this program from 2018 to 2021.

Prior to their MBA, Kaelyn earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of LAS at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kaelyn attended this institution from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Kaelyn has obtained various certifications. These include Insurance Producer [Non-Resident] from the National Insurance Producer Registry (obtained in October 2022), Certified Management Executive (CME) from the Management and Strategy Institute (obtained in April 2019), Project Management - Lean Process Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute (obtained in April 2019), and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) also from the Management and Strategy Institute (obtained in March 2019).
